WATER: There is NO water hook-up available at this Venue, but there is access to water to fill containers by hand only.

ELECTRIC: There is NO 220, 30 or 50 AMP electric available, only  110 v / 15 AMP electric is    available for an additional charge, please see vendor application for information and cost.

3 DAY VENDING is Available for Friday, June 17 - Sunday, June 19, 2011 - DOWNLOAD FORM AVAILABLE HERE.

Check-in and set-up for 3-Day Vendors will be Thursday, June 16, 2010. If you have a trailer, bus, big-rig, etc that you need to place before other vendors set-up please note this on your form.

Confirmations with more information will be mailed to all vendors the end of May.

Check-in for 1-Day Vendors will be either Thursday, June 16 or Friday, June 17.

Set-up for 1- Day Vendors will be on Saturday morning.

INSURANCE

Insurance coverage is required for ALL vendors. Evidence of insurance must be submitted to us on or before 45 days preceding the event and must state the following as additional insured:

* "City of Pismo Beach, Just Cruzin' Productions LLC, Members, Shareholders, Officers, Directors, Agents, Employees, Volunteers, Parent Companies, Related or Affiliated Companies, Subsidiaries, Sponsors, Trustees, Receivers, Successors and Assigns"

In addition, any vendors found with fraudulent, incorrect or invalid Certificate of Insurance will be asked to leave and will forfeit all monies paid to Just Cruzin Productions, LLC.

 

ALL VENDORS are required by the City of Pismo Beach to have a City of Pismo Beach City Business Tax License / Vendor Permit. Form must be completed in full and submitted to Just Cruzin Productions with required payment payable to the City of Pismo, with Just Cruzin's vendor application - DOWNLOAD FORM AVAILABLE HERE.

ALL FOOD VENDORS must have a valid San Luis Obispo County Health Permit. - DOWNLOAD FORM AVAILABLE HERE.

The 2010 cost is $61.00 for a Single Event.

ALL FOOD Vendors must supply Just Cruzin' Productions with a valid copy of their San Luis Obispo County Health Permit application for the Classic at Pismo Beach each year. Food Vendors will not be allowed to check-in, set up, operate, or vend and will forfeit all monies paid to Just Cruzin' Productions, LLC if they have not submitted or did not bring a valid copy with them upon check-in at the event. In addition, any vendors found with a fraudulent, expired or invalid Health permit will be asked to leave and will forfeit all monies paid to Just Cruzin' Productions, LLC.

The 25th annual June Car Show in Pismo Beach California has now come and gone and what a success. The fact is that a vendor's bread and butter is in the amount of foot traffic/spectators in attendance. The Pismo Beach events, after 25 years, are a proven commodity. This show, held annually on Father's Day weekend in June, pulls in 1000 classic cars and street rods and over 125,000 spectators over three days.

Most vendors from this event have already signed up for the 2011 show. Space is limited, so you will want to get in early on this opportunity. It will probably be your biggest weekend of the year.

Event currently scheduled is: The 26th annual Classic at Pismo Beach, June 17-19, 2011, in Pismo Beach, California. The City of Pismo Beach is wholly behind this event and, along with Just Cruzin Productions, is putting a large financial effort into making sure it is a success.
